My future~

If someone say to me about my future. Maybe I will say " I will be a great father who has great wife and who is rich ". That is most common dream for every male. Therefore from now on I want to explain in detail. First, next semester, I hope I will be a student of university of Iowa.
Also after that, I will study hard to get a good grade, and in summer vacation I will go back to Korea to meet my friends and parents. In that time, maybe all of my friends will be in millitary service. Therefore, I will have to have an interview to see my friends. Also I will bring some present for my younger brother. After graduate university, I will go to graduated school. Because I have to get a degree in my major. After that I will go to millitary service, which is really horrible to me. After that I will get married and make a good family. That is my dream and my future.

Thanks Giving days~

From this week, thanks giving break will start for 9 days.
Korea also have thanks giving days, which is almost same as America.
We usually share food with our family. And the goal of the thanks giving is to meet my family.
In these days it is harder to meet my family frequently. Therefore thanks giving days are good for my family relationship. I heard that in Thanks giving days, American also meet their family and share their traditional food. I think every country has holiday like thanks giving for family relationship.

Anyway, in thanks giving, I have plan to go to New York with my friends. That will be great experience for me. In there, I want to go famous place, such as Time square, the biggest ice link, empire state building..etc.
However New York is too expensive to live. I will be inn when I arrive there, but it costs almost 150 dollars.

After thanks giving break, I want that I will be more familiar to America and American cultures.

Memmory

The most impressive place in Iowa is downtown. Before I came here, I heard that there are no place to enjoy. But when I came here, I was really surprised about bars and restaurant in down town. Because that was totally different with my imagination. Threre are not many people in Iowa compare to other city. But I think Iowa has more bars and a lot of place to play and enjoy, compare to other city. These days, I enjoy myself in downtown in Iowa. Therefore I made a lot of friend. Surly the most important thing for me is study. However throuth the hang out, making friends is also important I think.

Chicago

Chicago Trip is really good experience for me.
In there, i went china town first to eat lunch. China town looks like real china.
After that we rode a subway to go Michigan Ave to shopping. However we didn't know how to get the ticket for subway. therefore the worker in there helped us. He was so kind.
I bought Almarni Exchange jacket. I think America is little bit cheaper than Korea.

Also after shopping i ate dinner Japanese food. it was great, and similar with Korean food.

It was really tired because of walking.
But i think it is good experience to me

US VS KOREA

When I came here, first I was really suprised about the environment. Because there are a lot of trees, corn, and beautiful landscapes, at first I thought that I was in the one of the movie scene.

Surely all America nature is not same as Iowa.Therefore from now on I want to compare to Korea and Iowa about culture and natural environment.

In Korea, in fact there are no areas where the natural animal can live. I think because our country is so small, so Korea needs a place for building, farm, and factory. So sometimes natural mountains turn to ground~!! What amazing technology we have~!!haha......

In addition Korea has a culture that we should be polite to older people. Because of that reason, we also have special polite words for younger people. However in America, they don't care about age. All of them can be friends. I was really suprised about this at first. But it is good for relationships and communication. We don't need to care about words; they just say to older people what they always say. It's really comfortable.

Also America preserves the environment very well. Iowa does too. When I saw the deer, I was knocked out. That is impossible in Korea. Anyway, it can be really good experiences for me about two different cultures.

it's ReallY FunnY~!!

Last week i went to bar with my American friends.

I'm not in drinking age, But i like dancing.

That is reason why i went the bar. in there, i met my friend Amy, who lives in our apartment.

Therefore we joined to gether and had a great night.

Also next week i should treat them Korean food. Because they want to

I have to prepare for that events~!!
